25% OFF LAUNCH PROMOTION
The pre-launch promotion at Heathfield is valid until 31st August 2024 at which point all vouchers expire. The 25% OFF discount available to pre-selected holders is only valid on limited course minutes and is not exchangeable for a cash alternative. 

REFUNDS
Refunds are only available for medical conditions upon receipt of a valid medical certificate. All requests must be in writing or via email.
 
PAYMENT
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. We apologise but we do not accept cheques.
 
EXPIRATION OF GIFT CARDS, SESSIONS AND MINUTES
Expiration of gift cards, courses and sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
 
LOSS OR DAMAGE FOR CLIENT PROPERTY
Please note that TruTan cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to client's property whilst on the premises.
 
UNLIMITED SUNBEDS
Courses are valid for the purchaser only.  Unlimited courses start on the day of purchase and are valid for 31 days. Unlimited courses are subject to a maximum of 1 visit per 24 hours and a visitation time of no more than 12 minutes.  Unlimited courses are unavailable at Heathfield.
